We partner with 14+ leading couriers including TCS, Leopard Courier, M&P Express, Dex Courier, Trax, PostEx, Call Courier, BlueEx, and more. You can choose your preferred courier for each shipment or set smart auto-assignment rules based on city, weight, and delivery performance.

Rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination city, and your chosen courier partner. We offer competitive negotiated rates with all our courier partners. You can see real-time rates before booking any shipment. Volume discounts are available for merchants shipping 500+ orders per month.

Weight and size limits vary by courier partner. Most couriers accept parcels up to 30kg and dimensions up to 36 inches in any direction. For bulk or oversized shipments, we recommend M&P or TCS. You can check specific limits during the booking process before selecting a courier.

Yes! Our Bulk Waybill Printing feature lets you select 100+ orders and print waybills for multiple couriers simultaneously. No more logging into each portal individually. Simply select orders, click "Print Labels", and generate all waybills in one go. Supports A4 and thermal printer formats.

Next-day delivery is available for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) with select couriers like TCS and Leopard. Same-day delivery is available in Karachi only via our express partners. Delivery timelines are shown during booking so you can choose the best option for each order.

When you book a COD shipment, the courier collects cash from the customer upon delivery. We then aggregate all your COD collections and transfer the amount directly to your bank account. You can track all COD shipments and pending collections in real-time through your dashboard. No manual follow-ups needed.

We offer 48-hour COD settlement — the fastest in Pakistan. Once the courier confirms delivery and cash collection, your payment is processed within 48 hours directly to your registered bank account. Traditional couriers take 7-15 days. With Oshi, you get predictable cash flow, always.

No hidden fees. We believe in complete transparency. You only pay for shipping costs (based on weight, dimensions, and destination) and a small platform fee. We accept payments via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Credit/Debit Cards. For COD settlements, we transfer directly to your registered bank account. You can also prepay your wallet balance for faster checkout and additional discounts on shipping rates.

Yes! We automatically send SMS and email tracking notifications to your customers at every milestone — Order Dispatched, In Transit, Out for Delivery, and Delivered. This reduces "Where is my order?" queries by 80%. You can customize notification templates and branding in your dashboard settings.

All shipments are insured up to Rs. 5,000 by default. For higher-value items, you can purchase additional insurance during booking. In case of loss or damage, file a claim through your dashboard within 7 days of the incident. Our team investigates and processes claims within 14 working days. We maintain direct relationships with courier partners to ensure faster resolution.
